To secure a booking All bookings only secured by payment in advance.
1-7 Nights Stay: Full payment 8 or more Nights Stay: 50% booking deposit - balance due 14 days before arrival. Note: Rates are firm at time of booking, otherwise subject to change without notice Group Bookings Groups requiring 2 or more units are by arrangement Method of Payment 1. Credit Card ( Visa, Mastercard ) Cancellations, Amendments & Refund Policy
Cancellation of booking to be advised as early as possible. Cancellations: 0 to 7 days before arrival, No Refund. 8 or more days before arrival, 50.0% of the total booking amount Refunded. No Refund or Amendments on Special Deals. Amendments: We will happily transfer your booking to an alternative date, $50 amendment fee apllies. Refunds:
Cheque refund within 30 days of cancellation. Check-in / Check-out Requirements For guest registration & unit keys, please give 24 hours notice of your estimated time of arrival. Check-in Time: 2 pm Check-out Time: by 10am
Early check-ins & late check-outs may be available by arrangement. Late Arrivals: are by prior arrangement directly between guest & management. Office Hours
Phone enquiries & advance bookings: 8am - 7pm. Only urgent enquires outside these hours please.
House Rules 1. Full payment of accommodation charge for required night/s stay in advance. 2. For security we require credit card details & a current form of positive photographic identification
(e.g. driver’s licence or passport) 3. To ensure the peace & comfort of all guests,noise must be kept to a minimum. 4. Unit to be left in a clean condition similar to how it is found, otherwise additional cleaning fee charged. 5. Pets allowed strictly by prior arrangement 6. Strictly No Smoking Policy in units or on unit . Outdoor garden smoking only |
